Compass Psychological Services, LLC in Red Bank, NJ is expanding again and seeking a part-time doctoral level child psychologist (NJ licensed or NJ permit holder) or licensed social worker to join our team. Early career psychologists are encouraged to apply. Supervision available.

Our practice offers comprehensive outpatient psychological services to children, adolescents, young adults, and families. This part time position requires a minimum of two days per week, providing therapy primarily after school and during evening hours (weekends also available but not required). For job candidates with experience in assessment and who have availability mornings and/or weekends, the position would also include conducting psychological, neuropsychological, and educational testing. We are currently providing mostly in-person services with some telehealth services. Expertise in child clinical psychology required. Experience with school-aged children through college-aged, parenting, and evidence-based treatments preferred.
