Start Date: Immediate Location: Orlando, FL
Position overview: The Behavior Analyst will work with the Clinical Director, other Behavior Analysts, and the interdisciplinary team to develop implementation plans and provide behavior analysis services for Behavior Focus and Intensive Behavior Residential group homes supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, including autism. The Behavior Analyst will ensure services are directed towards meaningful outcomes for the individuals served. The Behavior Analyst will ensure the delivery of behavior analysis services meets the service requirements as specified by funders.
Pay: BCBA $95,000 (includes monthly/quarterly incentives for task completion)

Requirements: The ideal candidates will possess current credentials as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCaBA with a minimum of 1-year experience post-BCBA certification working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism and other developmental disabilities.
