Northeast Vermont
Are you a passionate leader ready to make a significant impact on children and families? We're seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Leader to oversee and shape vital community-based mental health services in Vermont's beautiful Northeast Region.
About the Role
You'll lead a multidisciplinary team providing home, community, and school-based mental health services. This includes direct oversight of managers, clinicians, and emergency access staff across multiple sites. You'll also:
- Collaborate with school districts, state agencies, and grant-funded programs (like CCBHC).
- Balance administrative leadership with occasional direct clinical coverage during crises.
- Engage in strategic planning, staff development, and program oversight.
Schedule
- This is a full-time, exempt position with flexible administrative hours.
- You'll have some after-hours on-call coverage and travel between agency sites and community locations as needed.
- Participate in emergency services response, mobile crisis, and intake coordination.
