Charters Towers Community Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your clinical expertise while working in a diverse and rewarding rural setting.
About the Opportunity
In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing complex and severe mental health conditions, including co-occurring alcohol and/or drug concerns. You will work across the lifespan, offering meaningful support to consumers at various stages of their mental health journey.
This position offers a broad and engaging scope of practice, including:
- Comprehensive clinical assessments and evidence-based treatment
- Case management with a diverse caseload
- Intake and triage assessments
- Consultation services to local emergency departments and hospitals
